South Carolina Genealogical Society 40th Annual Summer Workshop
Dear Family Historian,
Tony Burroughs, internationally known genealogist, and Jan Alpert, past president of the National Genealogical Society, will deliver lectures at the South Carolina Genealogical Society’s 40th Annual Summer Workshop.
The event takes place July 13 and 14 at the South Carolina Archives and History Center, 8301 Parklane Road, Columbia. More than fifteen sessions to enable genealogists at all experience levels to conduct more successful
research are scheduled.
The workshop fee is $30 for members, $35 non-members, until July 1, when each increases by $5. A catered buffet lunch, which is optional, costs an additional $10.50.
